We are planning a Girls Trip to Prague this weekend---Any advice where should we eat?

Ellen...I highly recommend booking the "Taste of Prague Tour" with Karolina. www.tasteofprague.com You can read the reviews on TripAdvisor. We had a great time and really got a good lesson on history, culture and food!

Where to Start?

* Make a Travel Wish List when will you go?

*Start a file and folder system to organize maps, brochures, notes, tickets and reservations

*Book Early-especially during school holidays. May and June are the best times to travel in Europe since the locals are still in school. August is the busiest (and most expensive) time to travel. Also will find "black" driving days=traffic jams

*Research City/Country/Region- check out travel guides from school library, use the internet, ask other Expats, hire a Travel Agent

*Know your budget

*Transportation-decide how you're going to get there. Sometimes flying can save time and money.

*Know entry requirements for where you are traveling to-do you need a special Visa?

*Any special health requirements or shots needed-KLM travel center in The Hague or ask family huisarts

*Travel Insurance-through banks, credit cards, ANWB, insurance companies. Different policies-cancellation, travel, theft and medical coverage.

*Make sure to confirm all reservations before leaving-print out hotel confirmations and boarding passes/etickets

*Check bag restrictions before you start to pack

*Have fun and Take lots of Pictures!!!
